Use Second Phone for lawful, personal conversations
Spam, bulk or automated messages, fraud, phishing, impersonation, harassment, threats, illegal content, caller-ID manipulation, account sharing, and attempts to evade another service's rules are prohibited.
Block and report
Use the controls inside a conversation or call record to block unwanted contact and submit a report. For urgent account or abuse help, email colton@fluidbloommedia.org.
Internet-based numbers have limits
Numbers are licensed for use, not owned. Availability, delivery, caller ID, portability, and acceptance by third-party sites are not guaranteed. Do not rely on a Second Phone number as the only credential for banking, identity, emergency, or account recovery.
No emergency service
Second Phone does not provide 911, 988, 711, emergency location, or emergency callback service. Use the native Phone app with an active mobile or landline carrier.
Fair use
The service is designed for ordinary one-to-one domestic communication. International or premium traffic, automation, bulk messaging, high-fan-out solicitation, prohibited content, unsupported destinations, and abuse are excluded and may be limited or suspended.
